The CAX4120H is a CAN module with CanOpen protocol specifically designed for the control of a hydraulic axis, intended for mounting on standard omega rails.
Its main functionality consists in managing an axis in a closed loop system of position. To achieve this, the module is able to read the axis position via an optical incremental encoder or a potentiometer. Furthermore, the module is able to directly drive the coils of a servo-valve or a proportional valve, providing the current necessary to generate the flow rate corresponding to the required speed.
