Three-phase EtherCAT energy meter
EnergyCAT is an energy meter with EtherCAT interface to be installed on a DIN rail.
The module, designed for measuring the energy of a three-phase load, has three terminals for reading the three three-phase voltages and two 4 terminals to allow the connection of two external current transformers.
The flexibility of the EnergyCAT module is highlighted by the management of CTs (current transformers) with a full scale of 333mV. This feature is particularly interesting since the voltage/current is parametric, allowing the use of CTs with different rated currents. This opens up the possibility of measuring powers and energies over a very wide range, adapting to different load configurations and providing greater versatility in the application of the device.
