Teaching pendant CAN
GUN05GL is a CAN slave node, a portable solution enclosed in an ergonomic box, equipped with a 7-inch LCD display with capacitive touch. The box integrates the emergency button, the three-position deadman button managed directly by the safety PLC and 6 buttons near the LCD with relative status LEDs, managed directly by the system PLC.
This solution allows you to extend the functionality of the main PLC in areas where interaction with the operator is required. Positioning the GUNGL05 near the plant areas managed by an operator allows the latter to take safe and effective actions aimed at managing and governing the machine. One of the applications already created is a special gun for managing the torch movements of a plasma cutting robot.
The pages that will make up the HMI interface can be designed and customized using the PagLAB tool.
