The Pegaso system is an All in One CNC PLC solution that integrates on the same single board, developed and produced by Mitrol, an x86 platform with Windows IOT operating system and a real-time platform with Arm processor.
The presence of a main board with dual processors within the system offers a series of significant advantages. Firstly, it allows for an extremely compact solution, significantly reducing the number of connections needed. This advanced integration is not only a space advantage, but also helps ensure a high degree of overall system reliability.
The high degree of reliability of the Pegaso system is also favored by the integrated architecture and efficient communication between the two processors. This is a crucial element in industrial and automation applications where safety and continuity of operations are essential.

Modularity
The flexibility of the Pegaso system is remarkable and derives from two key factors. Firstly, it offers the possibility of using different x86 CPUs with different performance capabilities: from Celeron CPUs up to I-Core CPUs, this allows optimal customization of the application based on specific needs. Secondly, the Pegaso system offers the ability to handle a variety of LCD panel sizes. It is important to note that all Pegaso systems feature screens with resistive touch technology, which adds a level of interactivity and ease of use to the overall experience. Pegaso is available on request with capacitive touch solutions.
The system can be supplied with a maximum of 42 buttons managed directly by the PLC. Each button, in addition to providing tactile feedback, is equipped with LEDs to indicate its status, also managed by the PLC.
Pegaso can also be offered in the panel solution without additional pushbutton panels or in the black box version.
This flexibility makes the Pegaso system an ideal option for a wide range of applications, thanks to its versatility in meeting the specific requirements of different users and industries.
